Kent County Council

Kent County Council (KCC) is one of the largest councils in the country and provides more than 300 services for around 1.6 million residents. One of its commitments is to to help the Kent economy grow; this means that it will work with the business community to help shape education and skills provision around the needs of the local economy. GradsKent will contribute to this by helping graduates to find the opportunities available to them within the county. By increasing graduate employment, we also hope to boost the Kent economy.
University of Kent

Kent is the UK’s European University, offering UK degrees based on World Leading Research alongside the diverse cultural opportunities of the European continent. Students enjoy an outstanding education and an excellent student experience. The university has an excellent employment record for its graduates. The University of Kent Careers Advisory Service Web pages are open access and include a page on opportunities for graduates to work in Kent, choosing a career, example CVs, and practice aptitude tests.
Canterbury Christ Church University

Based in the historic city of Canterbury, with four other campuses throughout the beautiful county of Kent, the University offers excellent teaching facilities in unique and inspiring locations. They are the largest centre of higher education in Kent for the public services - notably teacher training, nursing, policing, health and social care - and a significant provider of programmes in a wide range of academic and professional areas. They have a 94.3% employability rate and the Employability and Careers Services team will provide support to their graduates for up to 3 years after graduation.

Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce is the ultimate business network in Kent. Covering an area of Kent including Ashford, Canterbury, Maidstone, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge & Malling and Tunbridge Wells, the Chamber is perfectly positioned to promote enterprise in Kent.
