GradsKent offers you a range of ways to advertise your job vacancy

Have a look at our different options below, or download our printer-friendly Rate Card at the bottom of the page. Register with us  to begin advertising your vacancies, and once you're signed up we'll automatically enter you into a monthly prize draw where you could win a free bronze advertisting package! If you would prefer to use a different package in future, we will deduct your £75 prize from the total cost.

When you proceed to post vacancies, the GradsKent website will allow you to indicate whether you would prefer to receive an invoice or use a credit or debit card to process your payments. 

Bronze Package      £75 + VAT

• A standard advert which can be found by browsing sector and location, or by using a key word search
• Upload as many supporting documents as you like, such as a job descriptions and company information
• View applications through your online account, or state your preferred application method
• Reach the best candidates; when your vacancy is posted it will generate automated alerts which are emailed to our registered graduates who meet your needs

Silver Package      £150 + VAT

• A featured advert on GradsKent which will appear on the front page of the website
• Include your company logo and as many supporting documents as you like
• View applications through your online account, or state your preferred application method
• Reach the best candidates: when your vacancy is posted it will generate automated alerts which are emailed to our registered graduates who meet your needs
• Widen your audience: we will promote your vacancy through social media and university careers services

Gold Package      £300 + VAT

• Designed to save you time, GradsKent’s agency-style service is available all for one up-front fee
• Tell us what you’re looking for and we will start by creating your advert for you
• You will receive all the benefits of our silver package plus more...
• We will monitor responses to your advert and encourage applications from our highest calibre graduates
• Our team will provide you with a short-list of the top applicants, scored against agreed criteria
• We will help you set up interviews by directly contacting successful applicants on your behalf
• GradsKent will deliver feedback to your unsuccessful applicants

Premium Advertising      £500 + VAT for 2 months

• Promote your organisation in the advertising space on the homepage of the GradsKent website
• This space is viewed over 25,000 times each month by graduates and employers
• We will also name your company in our ‘Careers in Kent’ page
• Alongside the promotional space, advertise jobs with us at a reduced rate during the 2 month period:
• Our gold-level recruitment service will now cost you only £200
• A silver-level featured job is available at the reduced rate of £75

Telephone Interviews       £50 per candidate

• Make sure you only spend time interviewing the best candidates, not just those who look good on paper
• GradsKent staff will conduct telephone interviews with applicants for your vacancy
• We will score candidates against the skills and competencies you need and feed back to you
• If you would like us to interview more than 6 candidates we will happily negotiate on cost

CV Search       £150 for 25 credits or £300 for 50 credits

• Search our candidates’ CVs at your leisure.
• You can filter candidates by keyword search, sector and location in order to find the right match for you.
• There is no expiry date on your credits and you do not need to use all of them in one sitting, so you can use them at any time and according to your needs.
• All candidates have opted in since July 2012 and have actively chosen to have their details shared with employers.

NB: One CV is equal to one credit
