Why Internships are good for business...
Internships are a quick and efficient way of adding extra talent and fresh ideas to your workforce.
GradsKent can assist you with setting up internship opportunities in your organisation. We can offer a a quick and cost efficient way of attracting talented graduates to assist your company to develop and grow.
We suggest that internships are up to 12 weeks in duration and that you pay £100 per week towards expenses. The interns are not classed as workers but as volunteers in relation to their employment status. We suggest that no employment contracts are entered into as this would necessitate the graduate being paid national minimum wage.
