Even if you are not currently recruiting, if you register today we'll enter you into a monthly prize draw to win a free bronze advertising package. There is no expiry date on the vacancy advert so you can you use it when you're ready to place an advert. If you would like to go for another package we'll deduct £75 off the total package amount.

One advert placed with us offers you a fast, cost-effective and targeted means of reaching and recruiting a graduate for your business.

• Complete the free and simple employer registration form.
• Log into your secure area.
• Upload any documents you need in your File Manager.
• Add a new vacancy and choose whether you would like candidates to apply through the GradsKent website, or indicate your preferred application method.
• Select the your chosen advertising package and choose whether you would like to pay by card through PayPal or by invoice. If you would like any assistance, please get in touch with us on 01622 696241 or by emailing GradsKent@kent.gov.uk.
• You will have 2 days to edit a vacancy before it becomes locked. If you need to make amendments after this time, please get in touch with the GradsKent team directly.
• Monitor your vacancy and view applicants' details and CVs by logging into your account.
• The candidates' contact details will be on their profile so you can get in touch with them directly.
• Once the job is filled you can archive the advert and file it in your online account.
